Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the date the order was placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To begin, we want you to know that YOU matter. Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your purchase, you may return an item (with the exception of some final sale items, including ALL jewelry) to us within 7 days of your delivery date for a full refund. For instructions on how to do this, please continue reading below.

Damaged Items:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please email us immediately at thelostandfoundco@outlook.com so that we can replace the product for you. Once we have a photo of the damages and can verify that it is indeed defective, we'll immediately send a replacement if the item is in stock. Shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email with next steps. We appreciate your support of our shop & we will take care of you!

Exchanges: 

Exchanges can only be made for select items, ALL Jewlery sales are final. If you ordered a product with multiple sizes or colors, you can send it in for an exchange. As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made. Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange via thelostandfoundco@outlook.com.
